Pics are pre-scandi grind on the blade. That final grind isnt done til the knife is almost finished.

Thanks Bud. I hadn't seen them in this stage, so it wasn't completely evident to me. For me personally, I'd like to get a Gaucho with a nice high grind. Scandi on this profile doesn't do it for me.

Looks like a burl wood, is it osage burl? Its not the osage kestrel from last weeks WAS Wednesday post. The other one looks like its the Bolstered Buckeye from this weeks batch...
