Sneaky tube surprise

Touches like that are such a great way to keep things interesting. I thought that those kinds of things were long gone. I'm so glad to see that they aren't.

I agree Mack, it just shows you what a great relationship Charlie and GEC have - just awesome to see.

About time someone noticed!! Nice going Blaine!!

The first run of spears referred back to the several runs of Harness Jacks that I have done, to revive that old Pattern! So "harness maker"! I also used to make my living as a leathersmith back in the early 1970s.
When the Clip Barlows came out, I thought a reference to Canada would be cool! I am a US citizen, but live here with my Canadian Wife, just over the Border.
When we reversed the pen blade to the pile side, Bill suggested we reverse the image, to see if anyone noticed. And I thought a reference to the "vinegar teasing" I get after the Great Old Boiley Incident would add a little interest as well!
Finally, we kept the reversed image for what was first called "Inside Out" (reversed) bone, now called Soup Bone !
The back labels have changed as well - for another post . . . . . .

I noticed the boys were reversed on my 2nd run ebony spearpoint, but I didn't put 2 and 2 together.
I can't believe I missed it, I spent ages comparing and looking over every detail on the tubes when I got them!

Thanks for that. Just learned it on guitar.

Reminds me a lot of "peg and awl".
