knives 1.jpg

Well, another round of expensive repairs this week on my 2012 VW Golf R, which has over 200K miles. This has been my favorite car that I've ever owned, and I just don't want to walk away from it yet, although my hand may be forced soon. Anyway, I'm trying to raise a few $$ by selling a few knives here, so here goes....

SOLD Spyderco PM2 “CruCarta” with bronze-anodized Ti clip and hardware
This is a great example of a classic. I installed bronze anodized titanium screws and lanyard plug, as well as bronze anodized titanium pocket clip, bought new for $64 (for the whole set) from bladeswelove.com. I think the bronze looks really nice with the light brown micarta scales. Condition throughout is terrific, although looking closely I can see just some barely noticeable wear on the bronze anodized Ti pocket clip from the few times I carried it. The blade is immaculate, very sharp, and only used to test cut paper a few times. Centering and action are spot on.

The original PM2 clip and hardware (except stop pin, which I can't find) are included, in addition to some black PM2 hardware that I had lying around. Also included have a deep carry bronze clip with a spider on it, which I think I got from MXG gear.

PRICE DROP! I'm asking $210 >>
$180 by PayPal G&S ($175 F&F) for everything listed above: Crucarta PM2, bronze anodized Ti clip/lanyard plug/hardware + original PM2 steel hardware/clip + black PM2 hardware/clip + bronze deep carry "spider" MXG clip . Without the bladewelove Ti bronze anodized clip, but with everything else included, I'll take $160 by PayPal G&S ($155 F&F).

SOLD WE Knives Snecx Vision R
I bought this black & gold beauty around the same time as the titanium Demko 20.5. Both these knives have basically the same very cool lock, but are very different beasts other than that particular feature. I ended up keeping the Demko 20.5, mainly because I have another black & gold knife…..a PM2 with black DLC S45VN blade and pimped out with shred carbon fiber scales and gold (well, bronze anodized) clip and hardware. WHO DAT!!!!

Condition is like new. I don’t see any flaws or signs of wear & use. I only carried inside once and haven’t cut with it. Action on this knife is very sweet.

I’m asking $260 by PayPal G&S ($250 F&F) for this like-new Snecx Vision R, which is sold out at every online outlet I checked.

SOLD Spyderco Shaman Rex45 “Tree Rex”+ aftermarket seafoam TeroTuf scales
I’ve had this one quite a while and really like it a lot. Sucks to part with it, but my loss is another knifebro’s gain.

I sharpened this up nice a few months back with a TSProf Kadet system and Orion Venev stones, before I sold that excellent sharpening system and stones. Maintained the edge since then with a Sharpmaker and strop. It’s got a real nice edge. Despite keeping the blade coated with knife oil, a bit of patina has developed here and there. Nothing too bad, and I think it looks kinda cool. Action and centering are superb.

I also added the seafoam green TeroTuf (similar to micarta) scales a few months ago, bought for $85. While I would consider selling them separately, I’d prefer to sell this as a package with the original Rosewood scales. Also, please note that the Tree Rex Shaman is set up a little different and these scales will not fit correctly on other Shaman models, or at least that what I read somewhere.

I’m asking $300 by PayPal G&S ($290 F&F) for this sweet Tree Rex Shaman, along with aftermarket TeroTuf scales. I’m pretty sure that it’s impossible to find a Rex 45 Shaman, especially with Rosewood scales, these days (other than eBay scalper’s pricing).

SOLD Tactile Turn Rockwall
I got two knives with Magnacut steel a while back from a trusted seller on reddit/knifeswap, and I have to let one go. The other is a Chris Reeve large Sebenza 31 tanto blade that I think is going to stick around. Anyway, this Tactile Turn Rockwall is an extremely nice knife, with beautiful fit and finish, excellent action, and the very versatile Magnacut steel blade. I like this knife a lot, but it's a little on the small side of my preferred carry size. I bought it in absolutely pristine LNIB condition and that's how it is now.

Note: This knife is NOT sharp. I think that Tactile Turn had a batch of these knives that didn’t get a final razor-sharp after the initial grind, as I saw another for sale here on BF that mentioned lack of sharpness on an otherwise new knife. I’m selling this at a substantial discount for a LNIB knif that retails for $299, and the buyer realizes that he/she will need to sharpen it, unless just wanted for a fidget thang.

I'm asking $210 by PayPal G&S ($200 F&F).

I'll be shipping from St. Louis, smack dab in the middle of the USA, by Priority mail. Also note that I can do discounts for multiple purchases, shipping to same address. And no, I'm not looking for trades....need to raise a few $$ here.

This is a great example of a classic. I installed bronze anodized titanium screws and lanyard plug, as well as bronze anodized titanium pocket clip, bought new for $64 (for the whole set) from bladeswelove.com. I think the bronze looks really nice with the tan micarta scales. Condition throughout is terrific, although looking closely I can see just some barely noticeable wear on the pocket clip from the few times I carried it. Original clip and hardware are included, in addition to some black PM2 hardware that I had lying around. Centering and action seem perfect to me.
