This was my brother's EDC for a few years. This was the somewhat rare high carbon steel blade version of their limited "Battle Box edition." I guess "battle box" refers to the custom hard shelled zippered case.
He used this a lot, few obvious signs of wear, but he cold blued the blade and the edge could use a sharpening. If you want me to have it sharpened locally, add an extra $20 and allow a few extra days to ship, or sharpen it yourself and save a few bucks.
VERY strong knife, integral framelock, indestructable 3.5" tanto style blade, very unique design. Weight supposedly is 9.4 oz. It's really cool, but folding knives just aren't my thing.
Asking only $75 shipped for this. Prices on a new DMF range from 300-800, depending on blade steel, edition, and source. $75 for a user that needs sharpening seems practically a giveaway price... $95 and a short wait if you want me to have it sharpened before shipping, I do not sharpen knives myself due to the limitations of my disability, and I need to drive across town and it's a 48 hour turnaround time.
$75 shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the United States. Shipping outside the United States will cost considerably more and I prefer not to do that.
