hey.. remmeber I am supposed to pry windows with my 49 SPL.. might as well earn some extra 'courage cash' on the side. :p
 
I really liked the "Dreams" T-shirt that you did S. Kim uses it as a sleep shirt when I'm not getting it all grubby! :)

All the pencils and inking for the shirt is done.. I will scan it in and see how it looks on the screen.. other than that I was wondeirng if people were still interested in this t shirt project if so what are your options as far as t shirt printing places.

I know many places you have to do a minimum order... I am in a dillema here.. as you may guess back where we slant eyed people come from :) all we need to worry about is size M and L, (and ofcourse XXS for the cute anorexic types :D ), eversince meeting some fellow forumite friends in person I have foudn out that in the great land of US of A even great sizes of 4XL are possible.

I can eaily go to cafepress.com for the shirts but many of my friends want 2 or 3XL that is 3.00 extra (in cafepress) which is a bloody rip off in my opinion.. please send me your opinions.

I don't want to make anyone commit to buying a shirt and use that as a rough count on pre orders, and I dont wanna make this a business either and have inventory, finally I dont wanna treat it as a business in the same right that I only buy X number of sizes and if more people want em can't help em out..

at this rate cafepress might be the best so everyone who wants one can get one, and I am not tied down either (as I think I will not sell even the minimum shirt order cause I am sure there are other better shirts out there deserving of yrou money :) )

anyways thoughts are apprecaited.
 
You shouldn't have to go out on a limb with your own money, and I, for one, don't mind the extra money for a 2x. You are also more than entitled to personal profit for your trouble, even though it is understood you don't want to be in business with inventory. Perhaps non-refundable deposits, AND pre-paid in full before shipping is the way to go. How about some ballpark cost options. Everyone should also remember it costs to ship and handle. There is also the "outside" option of selling the picture for print out as an iron on DIY project, although I don't think the print quality would be as good. Whatever is easiest for you Sniperboy, will work for us, I'm sure.

if people are gonna pay real money for the crap I produce then I'm gonen be on cloud nine. Quit my job as a nasty engineer and just live liek a hermit :p

If I am not mistaken if you add the 3.00 "big boy" cost damn cafepress has you are looking at an 18.00 to 19.00 shirt. :(

btw I dont wanna deal with "deposits" when money enters the 'equation' it only spells trouble and ruin spirit. but let me see how this works out.
 
I wouldn't have a problem paying for xtra sizes, but I wear an L so I guess I am biased...I would say that including S+H in a single price is the way to go. I am DEFINITELY still interested. Can you post the scans of the preliminaries when you do theM

S, I don't mind paying any extra charges for a 2x or 3x (probably 3, it always varies). Possibly post your pics, take orders, and order just what you need from cafepress. I'll try to do some looking around to see if there are any other places that would better suit your purposes. Can't wait to see 'em.
 
i just wanted to say that i'd like a shirt like that. there are too few good balisong t-shirts avaiable, and that kinda sucks. not that i want those big t-shirt companies to make a fever, though, that would just screw it all up. but if the t-shirt looks promising, i'm definately interested! :)
 
Don't forget to do the special numbered prototype, pre-production, and first-production runs for the collectors among us.

I'm a L, so the sizey thing doesn't really matter to me, but hells yes I'm willing to buy a shirt...
 
AM I the only one that needs a Small? I like my shirts just a tad bit clingy so they're harder to grab when I'm sparring. A medium always seems a bit easier to grab.
 
yep youre the only anorexic one Wahlb :) but youre right on the sparring shirts.. wow it's gonna be USED :p.. not I knwo how a custom maker feels.. for sparring you might wanna get an old t shirt and get rid of the garter by the nack, harder to choke you.

I should make a tactical version of the shirt then. one that says "yo mama!..." to entice wanton unthinking anger :)

I like that. Works very well here in NYC. I know a few places I can wear it to great effect.

I'd go with cafepress or someplace similar. This way you can simply upload the images, and we can order what we want. If it's a matter of cost, I'd say run off only the 3X or 4X sizes to not be hit with the surcharge. The rest of us won't mind paying you "royalities".;)

So, S* how much do I have left in my account?:D
