Handrubbed Satin Finish

This piece is at my engravers for some floral work on the blind bolts.

This one is Bg42.

Yes it is a single bevel, edge thickness before sharpening is about .003"

I used to feel the same way about pink.

My therapist suggested I start using this material during one of our anger control management courses about a year ago.

I like the idea. As a kitchen user, I would like no choil, and maybe larger blade with thinner stock.

I like the pink material.

This one actually has a big brother similiar to what you are describing.

The stock on these is about .140" with the larger pattern at about .125"
