snow.......again.

We recieved two feet of snow over friday and saturday night. Its great for cross country skiing and snowmobiling, and keeps the bush fires and bugs at bay. I Don't mind it one bit, I hate spring, and winter didn't get going until late into January, hitting rocks with the snowmachines. Spring dragged on for over 4 months last year, first warm then cold, cloudy and wet for weeks on end, and followed by heavy rains, cold and blackflies, before finally summer arrived. I hope it stays winter long enough for the warm weather to come overnight so we can skip spring and go directly into summer for a change

Yep, your one of the few on this forum who completely understands the Winter/Summer issue in these latitudes:thumbup:;) Living in the Lower 48 certainly has it's issues though cause I grew up down there. Get a little bit of rain and driving a car can get dangerous. Slid of the road in Texas cause of rain on top of oily residue. I like driving when it's about 15'F or colder, get pretty good traction:D

We've had the same thing where I'm at. It's nice, spring weather...then it snowed like crazy for four hours one morning last week, like if it was December. Then blue skies right after. Now, it's just rainy. Looks like we won't have spring...go straight from winter into summer.

Looks like we've got another one coming. This will be the third in 3 weeks. They keep happening on Monday/Tuesday. This one is looking to be the strongest of the bunch already according to NOAA. The current forecast is for another 6-12 inches of snow by Tuesday morning.

today was pretty nice bout 60 something i can deal with that. its the back and forth stuff that gets to me.
