  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Snow & Nealley - New Owners!

Just to clarify a bit, S&N axes USED to be made all in the USA, it was only after the last company sale some years ago that the imported heads showed up.

Wouldn't it be great if all production was moved back home? (A guy can dream can't he?). It doesn't seem likely though, judging from the deceptive wording of their letter. I expect it will be business as usual.

I recently found a Kelly Axe & Tool Works axe head in my late husband's old shed. It was Made for Falls Co. Has a 4 on 1 side and J on other Double bitted 10" wide 4" each edge 3.25" in middle weighs 3.9 lbs. From my research I think this head was made before the 1949 buyout. Any ideas where I can find more info? I have been cleaning it up as it was totally rusted. Don't know much about axes but I love the history. Thanks.
