Mother nature dumped on us again. It started yesterday afternoon and hasn't stopped. I would guess we got at least 10" so far- maybe more. But, I got an unexpected day off, so got this knife and a sheath done today. It is made from 1095. The handle could be a tad longer, but for small or average hands, it will be fine. And, it is SOLD!

Hope all is well with you and your world today,

nice knife!

i wish we were getting snow instead of the -14 this morning and the -33 with the wind chill. i usually dont mind winter too much but this winter has been brutal here in north eastern montana.

Hey Jake....Great Falls is a bit chilly today too. Woke up to -15, and it got to a balmy +9. I'm lucky in that both my shops are heated, so for me it just makes for good forging weather. Although I have been getting that spring time itch to go fishing. :)

dang Ed, that is cold too. we never got above zero today! i dont have a shop and no forge together yet so..... i worked a double last night and it is so cold i just didnt care about sleeping the day away.

take care

Man I can't believe you guys are already getting spring weather. We awoke to -44 Celcis. Now that is still winter, no matter how you cut it.

I feel for you makers, it was 81 here today. House is still at 75, may have to turn on the air.:D

It was at least 78 degrees here this afternoon and I went bass fishing. I only caught one, but it was a tad over 5 lbs. Cold front hit an hour ago and it is down to 44 and raining. But that is Oklahoma weather for you. If you don't like it, just wait a minute and it will change.

It quit snowing! We got 14.2". We are now getting Crazy Horse's cold. -21 here this morning. The WC is about -40 right now. On the bright side, there are no riff raff here.
