So anyone know what ever happened to Peter Jensen?

I have been wondering for a while now what ever happened to Peter Jensen.I loved his style of blades. I know he and Ray Floro had a falling out due to his inability(I guess) to deliver the knives he had designed specifically for the Floro technique. I had heard he had some health problems in his family that needed to be addressed. Is anyone producing similarly styles blades or is her ever going to make a come back? Can someone just commission their own version of those blades to the maker of their choosing? or would that violate any copyright laws(I don't know if you can even patent a knife design)?

Any information is greatly appreciated guys(and girls)
