The way to deal with it is to try to forget you ever ordered the Rat. Just cross it out of your mind. Tell yourself, "No, I just thought I ordered one...or maybe I dreamed of it." the memory will grow dim and foggy.
Then one fine day, months from now, a package will arrive at your door. You'll say, "What's this? What's SRKW?" Then half a second later, it'll all kick in and you'll be tearing at the box like a demented 6-year old on Christmas morning!
Either that, or email Eric every other day about when your Rat is coming...that won't make it arrive any sooner, but at least you'll get ot vent your frustration on poor Eric! :foot:

I've actually found that the anticipation is very addictive. I may have mentioned this before. As soon as the knife arrives, I feel the need to order another. Maybe it's just to re-join the fraternity of Rats in waiting. 
It's always easier after the first one, though. Once you have at least one Rat to abuse, well...then it's almost fun.
