A noticeable difference is a noticeable difference. Thanks. I myself am having a hard time noticing much of a difference in cutting with these thicknesses. In fact I’m finding a much larger noticeable difference by just changing the finish of the edge, polished/coarse. Note; I am comparing very thin hollow blade grinds to very thin convexed grinds.
