JUST CURIOUS!!?? WHAT HAVE ALL OF YOU HEARD FROM THIS MARIO DUDE..WHO RUNS..."POLICEOUTFITTERS" OUT OF VALPARAISO INDIANA?? I HAVE HEARD FROM "MY FORUMITES FRIENDS" THAT HE HAS RESPONDED TO YOUR APPEALS TO "S*#@ OF GET OFF THE POT"...AND SEND PRODUCT, AND OR SEND $$$$$ BACK TO THE PEOPLE IT RIGHTFULLY BELONGS TOO.. HEY..I HAVE "NO" PROBLEM A PERSON GIVING A REASONABLE GO AT A BUSINESS VENTURE..DID IT MYSELF FOR "10" YEARS..WHAT I FOUND OUT IS THIS; SAY WHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO! AND DO WHAT YOU SAY..NO DECEPTION..NO STRETCHING OF THE TRUTHS..MAKE THIS RIGHT IF THEY ARE WRONG..I AM QUITE SURE..THAT "MARIO" DOES HIS BEST TO MAKE A $$$ BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS..DON'T LEAD A PERSON ON..DO WHAT YOU SAY..AND "I AM SORRY, BUT SOME EXCUSES JUST DON'T MAKE SENSE...OR THEY GET LAME QUICKLY...THUSLY, THE CONFIDENCE OF ONES REPUTION (THEIR WORD) IS QUICKLY TARNISHED...I HOPE THIS GENTLEMEN; MARIO...HAS CORRECTED HIS MISUNDERSTANDINGS...ANY FEED BACK... Hi Keith; Well the last I heard from Mario was late Friday night when he emailed to say he had decided to refund the $111. I accepted that offer and that's the last I heard so if he is a man of his word then I expect the check is in the mail. That's all I can tell you but I will keep you informed. Mike :confused:
 
I am waiting to see what happens here. There are other ways to put pressure on Mario if need be. I do hope this will not be needed and that Mario will do the honorable thing.
 
by the way. gotta get Phil to help me out, AGAIN.

Mario "says" the CHECK IS IN THE MAIL. But, so has 100% of those that have the car Repo'd.

He WANTS to deal on a large scale basis with Law Enforcement Agencies and others in Public Safety. Well, there is an awful lot of competition, and the "tax-dollars" are being watched VERY CLOSELY.

It has been "suggested" Mario come here and post something. That's up to him. If he ever wants to make his FIRST large scale sale, say equipping a 50 person LE Agency with Surefire, he really SHOULD come here.

The only option NOT in this equation is paying the refund of $111.00 US Dollars to Mike, and to have mailed the check YESTERDAY.

If Mike does not get it, then the evidence of Mario's CRIMINAL intent is glaring and his business days are over. He will also need THAT Lawyer he mentioned in the beginning.........Wolf
 
Hi Guys! Received an email from Mario, asking for my Paypal address and he would like to send the refund this way tonight. I guess he is very busy on a "public service job" so I told him that tonight would be fine. I don't want to keep him from "lending a hand" to help others so I'll wait. I will advise all of receipt. Thanks Again to All! Mike
 
Refunded by Paypal early this AM. Thanks to all who helped and yes, to you as well Mario. Case Closed so far as I am concerned! Mike:D

When it's NOT ME as the "Victim". If you do not DOG these kind of people they always WIN.

This is what GB&U should be used for. When all other avenues of relief have been exhausted. In particular, when the other party is a MEMBER of BF.

Then there is NO EXCUSE for not keeping your end of a deal, ANY DEAL.....wolf

You know i have to give MIKE....A BIG "YOU DA MAN"...SIMPLY BECAUSE OF HIS BIG HEART!! I believe I must also say Thank you to KWM..IRA..and MIKE...for all sticking together..(and too all the other guys that have been there...through this ordeal).
What is "truly" terrific too see, is the "SUPPORT"...In my eyes that really goes along way..MIKE STUCK BY HIS GUNS AND PROVED A POINT!! A mans word is very important..Mike has proven that too many of us...In our transactions with him..
I personally take a great deal of pride in following through with I say...But bottom line...is talk is "CHEAP"...
My hat is off too all you out there with feedback on this subject..(just losing money in a transaction ..period) AND I MUST, GIVE "MARIO" A PAT ON THE BACK FOR "FINALLY RIGHTING, HIS WRONG!!
