So, has anyone dared strip the cerakote knives?

Also I'm sure that the to re-cerakote is going to be expensive! Maybe 80 bucks plus shipping at the least...
 
Just have to beat it off, it won't take too long for a user. ;) This is after less than 30 minutes of total usage this afternoon. The black top coat came off right away, the white lasted about 3 times as long but is on it's way out too. Maybe I'm just hard on things, but this was just typical wood chopping and a little bit of splitting work.
