I have a bark river Bolo III and it is not that easy to sharpen with sandpaper/mouse pad method.
When I get the BB13 I might try hand sharpening with the Fallkniven DC 3/4. Not sure if I will convex the edge or not. I convexed my 1311 before even using it first time, and the results are incredible. It is the best yard / deer lease clearing tool ever.

Heres my question. A lot of people convex the edge. its clearly easier to sharpen. but does it really work better than the factory edge for chopping? Im really wondering because i don't know. Why wouldn't Busse put a convex edge as the factory edge?
