We sell trees every year. Balsams, douglas furs and fraser fir's. We sell them from ~$40-$120. You get what you pay for. We sell quality trees.

The firestation a few blocks away sells trees too. They are all between $20-$30. So people come in to our yard and gasp at our prices asking "how can you charge so much?! I'm going to the firehouse, their trees are $20!!" We just say "That's because you're gonna get a $20 tree." They always come back :D

The boss lady in my house (wife) decided to get a fake tree a couple years ago. Found it on clearance at Target.

She does buy a real handmade wreath each year, so we have that fresh pine smell in the house.

Bob, our Big R doesn't sell trees. Must be up to each manager or something.

My ever bargain hunting wife bought a fake 7 foot tree at some store the week after XMas for like $20.00 several years ago. Its probably the nicest fake one I've ever seen. She wants to get rid of it now because its too big but I'm like why bother--this one will last for many more years.

I know that the National Forest Service around here will sell you a permit to go get your own tree for $5.00. There are a lot of regulations, of course.

I bought a fake one at Target for $90. It was regularly $175 but was on sale and was the display model so I lucked out.:p

Got out around $86 for two trees. Went to a tree farm that my Dad used to take me to when I was a boy, it's tradition. While I was cutting down our tree, me wife was on the phone with my Dad (78) to find out if he picked up a tree yet, which he hadn't so we cut one for him as well. We spent a good part of the afternoon at his house helping him get the tree up in the house.

REAL, douglas fir. 60 bucks at a local Christmas tree farm. Usually get a white pine, but the white pines were killed in the frost.

I paid around $120 for a fake one with the lights already on it,about six years ago.
I'm going to have to get a new one next year.I think I got my money's worth out of this one.

We don't buy them. Too messy.

Well, the wife went and got one last night. I couldn't talk her out of it.

$10.99. Nice tree.
