Well the Mother that is in a can on cotton wadding. :foot:

I do think if was Never Dull I was thinking of on the smell.

Tuf glide works good on guns but have never tried it on a knife. Seems like it would work fine.

You put a good knife in the DISH WASHER ?! O____O

Yup. Only the 2 that I use for food prep in the kitchen, a Cultellus & BAD. No babying for them, and both ride through just fine. Both satin finished with micarta.

Unicorn tears, if you can find them, will restore the blade to like-new.

I use a nice layer of Rig +P grease on my naked INFI.

Works beautifully.

I wouldn't eat it though.

IIRC, both Flitz & Mothers will remove DCBB. Not sure about toothpaste. But hey...it's only comp finish, right? ;):D

Filtz is nonabrasive so it shouldn't remove the DC but it will shine it up some.

Flitz is a mild abrasive, 25% of it is a polishing powder. They can call it non-abrasive because its falls 12% below the government standard for an abrasive. I didn't know there was a government standard untill I called Fritz about it once.

If you scrub hard enough it can remove the BB, but like Jaxx said, its a comp finish, so I wouldn't worry about that.

Try CLP, or another type of cleaning oil. That may remove it.

Pics or none of this happened :)
