...I have gone over that knife looking for something wrong. I can't for the life of me find it...

It isn't always a visual defect. It could be (like a Buck I have next to me) something like insufficient material on the blade/rockerbar interface, so that when closed, it is the blade edge that is resting on the rockerbar (or spacer) rather than the kick.

Got a 110 coming in the mail that has a "FB" stamp and signed by CJ and Chuck in '05.

Pivot pin looks "countersunk". If ya didn't know, ya wouldn't know. But ya don't know what ya don't know.

Putting some Clearasil on it to see if the blemish goes away...
