So I just bought a memory!!

I haven't yet, but I recently lost my nishijin dragonfly which is no longer produced and my most used knife EVER. So while I won't REGARDLESS of cost, I'll be willing to pony up a bit for the nostalgia and my favote knife.
 
The first Spyderco I ever owned was a Khalsa, and it was a reward I got for myself after a summer working the Fair circuit. That whole production run had design flaws that made them wear out fast, but they corrected them in a sprint run a year or so ago. I felt like I had to get one, even though my tastes have changed. It doesn't get a lot of pocket time since it has more competition now, but every now and then I will pull it out and it reminds me of what my life was like 20 years ago.
