John Perry might do a very good job, and I once saw a very nice Rik Palm Price style knife, with a pretty cool temper line, though i'm sure the diff temper is optional. 
As was mentioned, Bailey is very good at this sort of stuff too. Though it might be a first, I'd love to see one from Burt Foster.
Edited to add a pic of the Palm Price knife, I like it and almost bought it, wish I had. It's not a frame design BTW.
