Congrats! 4 years here.
Just some out of the box ideas to consider even if in addition to...
I own many of these and though the cadet is very nice I keep finding this one of my most useful gadget/knives. The Leatherman Style CS. That carabiner is a perfect bottle opener. You could get this AND another item or 2...at $17 on Amazon.

I gave my groomsmen all Fenix LD20's (LED torches) in the $50 range. I know they all still are using them to this day. Don't go to one of those monogram stores...all China crap.
Im just thinking school and Chicago friendly. ...as the SAK would be.
Or get them each the best Spyderco You can afford and the Best Man a Sharpmaker to top it off. I personally would get each person the SAME thing and an extra for the Best Man. You don't want him showing off his better knife to the other guys even if he's your brother. ...only my opinion.
My recommended budget...$50.00. But this could vary a lot especially in light of the costs they incurred to be at your wedding, your financial situation, etc. For example the Benchmade Mini Griptilian is a great knife (I've owned) but it's budget busting at about $90 and looks like a knife. The mini is small but it's not as "authority" or HR friendly. Neither is any Spyderco. (I prefer G10 scales over the plastic looking Griptilian nylon/glass/Valox..whatever they are scales).
My brother currently carries a mini Grip I bought him (after telling me his needs in a knife) so I'm not digging on it. It feels awesome in the hand and if you have any lefties the axis lock is friendly though most of us are nearly ambidextrous I've found. It doesn't have my favorite steel 154 CM but that's easy to sharpen for novices. But also easy to dull in comparison to other steels. You aren't getting into any of that detail though with this sort of post!!! LOL
I was only writing it as you are looking to get non knife guys into a nice knife potentially. It's a Pandora's box.
Get each guy a $50 quality steel knife and a $50 Spyderco Sharpmaker sharpening system and now you've really created the most amazing Groomsmens' gift of all time.
Good luck. I'm not as expert (if at all) as some here but I do freehand sharpen to hair whittling. The Sharpmaker is a great starter system and remains useful well into advanced knife hobby. I think most (not all) here would agree. It and a Lansky were my first real sharpening tools.
