Freakin' awesome, Matt !
Paul used it for the sheath on my Knight Founders Bowie and I just love it. :)

Joe,

Big time Congrats !

That Sori is just magical to my eyes. It's got to translate to the hand, surely?

Thanks, Bob!

Mr. Paranee was gracious enough to do yet another one of his awesome vid's, this time covering this blade...

Fantastic blade and Video.

Nice looking knife and video, Congrats to you both. That is quite a big knife but it looks light and fast for it's size. Sooo!...Joe is it a far east design or the ole bowie design that would make a better edc. I've been thinking about a smaller version kwaiken type knife for an edc myself versus a folder.

I'm a huge fan of Kwaikens for edcing and utility work

They literally are a utility knife by design and nature

When it comes to carrying a small Bowie design vs a KWAIKEN that's a toss up to what floats your boat but in my mind a KWAIKEN due to its blade shape makes a better utility piece imho just do to its shape ...... More utility knife shaped

As for a full sized Bowie vs a Tanto ...... Well that's anyone's guess in effectiveness both perform if done well magnificently :)

Awesome Joe, I've been checking out your video's on utube and the Kwaikens you review. Thanks so much and keep up the good work on those very informative video's which you do so well.

Thank you Doug

I appreciate the kind words

Great job Matt. I'm glad the CPM 4V was up to the task.

Beautiful work Matt. Will check in with you later about the kogusoku length blade. Ray

Spent some time in front of the bandsaw yesterday.

Well, really, a LOT of time in front of the bandsaw. This shit is evil to cut, even dead soft. Roached a brand new blade, and took three hours to profile four knives. Ugh.

Made one that's just a tad bit longer. Well, perhaps more than just a tad...:D

Stay tuned.

M.Gregory sword?? :eek::eek:
