The hobby thread got me thinking. What do you sit down to when you shut down the grinder or forge? Depending on the mood, I have some mixed preferences.

- GOOD single malt scotch. Lagavulin. mmmm... smoky like IGs salsa - and then some. Kinda bites back like the relish too.
- Chilean Cabernet - Miguel Torres - Santa Digna
- ANY cold beer when it's hot or dusty - but I'd probably favour a honey brown if I had the choice.
- The last choice I haven't had in 25 years. When I was at the Xerox Management school in Leesburg VA, one of the guys brought down a jug of Tennesee White Lightnin' - straight out of his daddy's still - vintage was Thursday. Damn that was good!
