Hey everyone.
We have threads for the knife you just bought, the last knife you bought, the knife someone else should buy, what should I buy….

Let’s do something different. What are you going to buy next? Are you looking for a specific knife? Saving up for that special one? Trying to decide between blades or scales? Only choosing between folder or fixed? Only know when you see it? Do you even plan this out bro?

Whats your next Knife?

Ill start,
My next knife purchase will be a Large Damascus PJ Sebenza. I haven’t narrowed it down to 21 or 31 or which Damascus pattern yet.
Or a Carothers FK2 if I can actually find one that is for-sale at a decent price.-FOUND!!!!

I’m satisfied with my current knife arsenal too. I have enough to cover just about every cutting/slicing/chopping chore I can think of. Nowadays, I’m focused on getting all of my 2A stuff squared away. Mainly practice.
 
Here’s the secret plan (same plan as it’s been for decades):

“We’re gonna keep on doin’ what we been doin’ til we can’t do it anymore, then we’ll stop that and start doin’ something else.”

No longer a secret, I guess.

I've yet to buy a knife this year I just realized. With the state of the world, I've been spending most of my excess on guns and ammo, and now a new car. Losing my dad at the beginning of the year distracted me from the pursuit as well. I guess now I'm just waiting for one of y'all to donate to my cause!
 
Nothing on my radar for 2022 so far. I do like the Spyderco Stretch XL but will wait for something other than VG10.

As I posted in G2 thread, I have 39 knives in my For Sale pile. Knife downsizing project incoming this spring.

I’m getting back into traditional bowies. I have a Bark River 1909 Michigan Bowie arriving tomorrow. I really want a Randall Bowie, but that’s a pipe dream for now. I’d order one now but I don’t feel like waiting till I’m 42 to receive it.

Wow 39? I don’t even own a 1/3 of what’s in your for sale pile.
 
Pretty sure it only took 3 yrs to get it...from a projected 18 months at time of order.
Hey - our 20 yr anniversary is coming up!! (unless it was last year - you'd think I'd remember something like that)

I wanted a K390 knife with liners (for custom scales). I don't think a Military or a Chief is happening, so I was waiting for the Spyderco Stretch XL in K390. But today I realized that it comes without liners and PB washers... Now I'm getting the Stretch 2 in K390 instead.

How long have you wanted one? If you had ordered it then you'd have it by now. Just order it. This is the one I’m ordering 5 years before I retire. View attachment 1775795
