So what are you going for?

I went for a black canvas ASH-1 with some handle backups, and a sob variation as substitute if I can't get the ASH

A BIG NMFSH with OD-G10, and a BIG ASH-1 with OD G-10!!! :thumbup:

I don't have a bare NMFSH or an ASH-1.

Basic-8 LE... one skinny with tan handles and one with black handles. One magnum with tan handles and one with black handles.

Went for the NMFSH w/black paper, the ASH-1 w/black paper and the SW Custom Shop Rodent Tail. Better yet, just got an email from Pokey telling me I got what I wanted so call and pay her. Done and done.
 
After lurking the forum for a long time but only recently registering, I decided it was time to go for it. Only requested the NMFSH but kind of kicking myself for not putting that TM Ratweiler or Rodent 7 down as a second choice.

Even if I don't get a knife, I appreciate the opportunity and thought it was kind of fun participating. Plus, it provided a good distraction from the Ferguson coverage (I'm in St. Louis)
 
I was so fast and Johnnie on the spot last night I already got my confirmation and payment made! Whoot Whoot!

I did and I got one!!! I'll post pics comparing it to my Battle Rat when it arrives! It's hard to tell from the pics, but I hope the belly is as large and wide as it looks in the photo and it's not just a 911 blade recurved. I'll know in 2 weeks.;)
 
I started out aiming for an ASH and and an nmfsh, but I have a few big Busse knives already (i know...more is good). Over the couple days prior to the ganza I changed my mind several times. I had mentioned to a buddy that a ganza was nearing...but he said it was too close to Christmas. He is a busse fan, but can't afford to spend a whole lot in the knife department. He only has a bussekin M9. He told me to keep him in mind as Christmas was coming. So...I realized now was the time for him to get a knife that says Busse on the blade. I decided to go with something very practical that he could use frequently. So I successfully snagged us each an Anniversary Mean Street. The funny thing is, I told him via texts that I was getting him one...he thinks we're just kidding around... he has no idea that I am serious! I told him it will be under the tree...it will be. Here is a small excerpt after I told him I scored.
