I recently just sold off my 3 other choppers, a B11, an FFBM, and a NMFBM. There is only but 1 that can replace all of those. I need to consolidate, you know, simplify things. Looking forward to seeing if I scored.

The moab. In my dreams. No, I went for the NMFBM. I've been drooling over that blade since I discovered busse.

I'm hoping they're offering a decent number of both, though, cos I was looking for the GO in the regular threads and didn't see that it had only been posted amongst the stickies until horribly late :(

Maybe they'll take pity on me. :o

I sent Amy-O an e-mail earlier in the week asking if it was possible to get #23 sans serrations, since I was having a major hangup with that (otherwise that is a PERFECT hunting knife IMO). She replied that it would be possible to get it like that, but to MAKE SURE I put that in my order e-mail.

I would assume that they are putting the finishing touches on these Ganzaa blades right now. Therefore, it is my assumption that there were/are some of #23 which have not had serrations put on them yet. I'm not saying that all of them will be available this way; Only a Busse employee can confirm/deny that one, but we know 100% for sure that there is at LEAST one with serrations, and someone is going to get it.
 
Went for the green/black DSF-V w/ front serrations... followed by DSF black/black w/ front serrations... followed by SAR-8 & SAR-8 Variant & Black/Tan linen hand-smoothed FF.

I was looking for a S/D knife this time around... and those serrations look wicked! I know I'm in the minority w/ serrations, but that gives me all the more hope that I will win one! The black/tan FF was my 1st choice (but it was the last choice on my email list because of the price) and the Stag SAR-3 would have been up there too, but I see that almost everybody went for that one, so I didn't even try. That way I'm not so disappointed if I didn't win my 1st/2nd choice SAR-3.:rolleyes::o

I didn't want to spend too much $$$ and my choices (besides my 5th or 6th choice FF) ran under $500 -- $430-$470
 
I'm surprised no one has said anything about having tried to order a flask so far.

OK, I don't feel so stupid now :thumbup: I said I'd take one if they were actually selling them and if under $50
No big deal, you don't need a flask to drink!
