My Spyderco Military. Why? I just got it yesterday and haven't cut a darn thing with it yet. I just hope the Tuf Cloth I wiped it with doesn't taste too bad.

My 15" Ang Khola khuhuri!!! NOT!

Seriously, either a Spyderco serrated kitchen knife or an Elishewitz Mission 6.5" fixed blade.

I've found over the years that either my fixed blade Al Mar SERE or my Buck Frontiersman both do a good job in the kitchen. Mike one question how do you clean all the grease and junk out of the HALO?

I think I've just got to try the Cold Steel VG. Dont think I'll be the only one, not with the sale that SMKW had on them.
Happy Thanksgiving !

I DID IT FOLKS AGAIN! My HALO sliced right through that gobbler! Should of seen the faces! Anyway to answer Strider's question, I wipe the blade before I close it. Also if somthing gets inside, I blow it out with WD-40 and air from my SCUBA tank. 3,000 PSI really blows!

No carving. One small round table one large plate with the turkey and all da fixe'ns in the middle. All hands are tied behind the back. When were done praying look out … some times a helmet helps … bibs too. Saves time … no annoying passing of this or that … not a lot of dishes when your done either. Just roll up the drop cloth. If you didn't get enough to eat? … oh well move faster next year.
NOT REALY but the table with all the kids at it looked as if that were our practice. I used a knife my father-in-law left to us. It has been in my wife's family for many years. I don't know the brand or maker but it is German and of good quality as it holds an edge as long as any knife I have ever had and is older than any in our family. It's the knife I use every year and a small part of our tradition.
