Since this is the only day off I have this holiday weekend, I figured I'd treat myself. I'm fixing some skinless, boneless chicken breasts, with a bit of garlic and black pepper for seasoning. On the side I'm fixing some brown rice, and corn on the cob. What's everyone else having tonight? Any special dinner plans for the holiday weekend?

BBQ weekend in my house, I've got a pork tenderloin marinating in garlic, ginger and soy, we'll have corn on the cob and other grilled veggies on the side.

Sounds fine by me Nutter, I'm on my way :D
Actually, been moving some topsoil for my parents this weekend & getting ready to tuck into a big steak. Just made some fresh herb butter & the beasties should be off of the grill in a few.

From now until October, we cook-out whenever possible. Tonight was choice of hot dogs, burgers, or kielbasa with corn and potato salad. I don't know what we're doing for the holiday...we're both working :(

I'm pretty lazy...I sent my wife off to get a bucket of KFC for dinner.:D.

We just got a new grill today, so I fired up some nice New York strips (steak). It was delicious!

Got some baby back ribs slow cooking on the grill right now. Will add some marinated eggplant soon. MAybe we'll ad some beans. Mmmm....

The perfect thread to rave about tonight's supper. Great timing.

I literally had the best piece of fish I have ever eaten: a thick piece of Atlantic king salmon on the grill. It was ridiculously delicious. It melted in the mouth.

Tomorrow is drunken chicken: roaster chickens shoved over cans of beer and cooked on the grill.

Last night I ran up to Lowe's and got a new burner for my Char-Broil grill. Threw that puppy in this afternoon and cleaned the grill up.

Tonight we had some darn good burgers on the grill for dinner. Gonna do it again tomorrow :)

Mmmmm.....Good.

Just finished eating a late steak dinner. Nuthin fancy, just marinated in a little worcestershire and red wine vinegar. Grilled medium rare. MMM mm.

Tonight it was burgers and wieners on the grill, with a little bit of corn on the side and some deviled eggs. Good stuff! :)

Northwest salmon on the grill, with wild rice on the side. The kids' comments were, "yuck" and "we don't really have to eat that, do we?" The answer was "yes, you do." At least my wife and I enjoyed dinner. :D

Tonight I actually had my first barbecue of the season.

Had some sirloin steaks, pork kebabs with assorted veggies and some lightly salted asparagus.

Good dinner but I over ate and feel like quite the hog now.

I'm going to marinate some big tri-tip steaks overnight tonight in teriyaki marinade. Then, tomorrow they go on the charcoal grill along with some burgers and some of those natural-casing hot dogs. I'll also be fixing up some roasted red potatoes. Mmmmm, I can't wait.

Top sirlon marinated in soy, garlic, black pepper and fresh lemon juice on the BBQ. Baked potatoe, tossed green salad and sour dough bread.
