So what's for dinner?

The "drunken chicken" was great. Probably the juciest chicken I've ever had. You can either buy or make a metal collar that is fixed to a metal grilling tray. Place a can of beer (about 1/5th empty) into the collar and place a roasting chicken over it.

Cook in the oven or on the grill (preferable). I cooked two of them on the grill for exactly 2 hrs, while basting them in a marinade of olive oil, fresh thyme, balsamic vinegar, worchestershire sauce, chopped garlic, onion powder, mustard, salt and pepper.

Fantastic.

BBQ'd kielbasa with all the fixin's tonight.

I have some top sirloins marinating in my mesquite sauce for Monday evening.

Tonight was BBQ'd Lamb kabobs. I started the lamb marinating last night by dicing it into small chunks and coating with Emeril's Rosemary, lemon and Gaaahlic marinade. Put on skewers tonight with fresh bell pepper, onion and cherry tomatos. It was way yummy! Added in a bit of fresh corn on the cob and we had a fresh feast!
