So..when do you scissors as opposed to a knife?

Guys a question would u use gardening Snips something like gerber's snips or a knife to cut manila hemp lashing...and why?

I would cut hemp lashing with my knife. The job would be done before I could even think of looking for another tool. Witnesses would be standing around saying, "dam that's a sharp knife".

I use the scissors to trim the extra long hair off my golden retriever and to cut the parakeets' flight feathers when they get too zoomy!

Scissors are also good to make those swirly gift wrapping ribbons from straight ones. I would be very hesitant to take my knife and use it's edge to curl the ribbon. I would probably then need the ribbon as a tourniquet!

Scissors are helpful when cutting ads out of the newpaper for good events like upcoming gun-knife shows. Then you can stick the ads on the front of the frig until the lady of the house decides it goes and another baby picture replaces it.

You could use scissors when a zip TIE WAS needing to be cut.
