Which of you lucky SOB's has acquired the new Lum Tanto? I had one in my sights and thought, gee, I'll order one tomorrow. Next day, I went back to one of my fav dealer sites and there it was... gone! :grumpy:

Kicking myself for missing out on this fantastic looking knife! I must've sworn a blue streak a mile wide!

So, who's gonna rub it in and post some pics already?

Anyone who knows of a reputable dealer with a Lum Tanto in stock: please shoot me a message!

I have one on the way. It should be here tomorrow. GPK shows them still in stock and so does BladeHQ. You aren't looking hard enough.

picked mine up at W&W on monday it is sweet. If i was in any way computer capable ( or could spell) I would really rub it in with photos.
ps my Massad ayoob is on the way.

Perhaps you are right. I do tend to be somewhat myopic in my internet shopping and stick with distributors based in Canada. It avoids the whole customs delay issue. Thanks for the site referrals!

Only have the fixed blade. Does that count? :D

The folder really is quite nice but I'm planning for something else.

I didn't realize you live in Canada. Mine showed up today from BladeHQ. Very nice. The one thing that I don't like is the blade is polished and shows figure prints and smudges. I wouldn't have minded if it was stonewashed.

I thought W&W was in Canada?

Yup. And it appears CanuckBSO is the dirty rodder who bought the one I was lookin' at! Last one they had in stock, it would seem. Lol! More power to him, I say! The Lum Tanto looks like a winner and he scored himself a very nice knife, imo!

I got mine on Tuesday from Warriors and Wonders in Vancouver. Quick shipping and great price, I got the last one in stock on Saturday... Great knife, very sharp, it has replaced my Para2 as my edc.

It looks like Howes has them in stock again too.

I hope this picture tides you over until you get yours.

Now I'm jealous. the first one came out at a time in my life when I was in a poor state of no money. kinda like now but without credit ;)

I do apologise, sir! It seems that Ed9957 is the culprit! Ha! (btw: kudos, Ed!)

Well, I made a phone call to my dealer today to saddle him with the chore of hunting one down for me. He can have the hassle of shipping from wherever. Last time I ordered something from State-side, I got smacked with a bogus 'weapon import' fee and have been leery of hidden charges ever since...

Behold the formidable arsenal:

Pretty awesome though. I regret nothing! :D

Mine will be here on Monday along with a g-10 Dragonfly!

I think Spyderco has won me over, I have bought my first 3 Spydies within a month after holding a Gayle Bradley M4.
