I told myself that I would wait until the new line comes out. I also got to get the CC paid off before I slap more INFI on it. Every time I see these special offers come around I just have to fondle my existing INFI more. I did falter on the JABA though;)

Sad to say I shall have to forgo buying one. I just purchased a Santoku for our kitchen set this summer. What difference a few months make . . .
 
Not me. No need for a $300 kitchen knife.

I would however like to buy a new battle mistress!
 
Man.....Wish I could get one....but....funds are low,christmas is coming and as Greymoor said I reacently got a Wusthoff Santoku a few months ago.:rolleyes: :( :(

I also had to pass on this one. I can justify buying a $300 knife to take into the Alaskan wilderness but not a $300 knife to cut carrots in my home. What a shame, it's a nice knife just priced to high.
 
The way I look at it, at the VERY LEAST I'll get my money back out of it. If I hold on to it for a small amount of time, I'll get a small profit from it. If I hold on to it for a large period of time I will get a large profit out of it. There is not a single Busse that has not gone up in value, let alone held a price. I for one would love a Busse that I could use and appreciate on a daily basis in the kitchen, and I'm sure that I'm not alone.
 
Very nice knife. Too rich for my blood, though, even if I wasn't gonna be out of work at the end of the year. :(
