I have an old blade I bought maybe 10 years ago.
Since I'll never use it I figured, why not normalize it, regrind the shape, and then claycoat and quench it again - as a learning thing instead of using one of my own blades.
It seems all this went pretty well, and the final result may actually be worth a handle and sheath
But can I say that I made it ? I did treat it as a piece of barstock, but it sarted out as a perfectly good blade.
So who's the maker of this blade ? The factory or me
