I was just reading the 2007 catalog and they said you can get special ones engraved on the handles, or ones engraved on the blade. Does anyone know how that works without me having to call them?
Roger of www.knifeworks.com has recently launched a laser engraving service. Why not give them a call? Much better than reading pos replies of no help......
Or do you mean hand engraving? Then the watch or pen shop as suggested by johnwayne is another good bet.
No, it won't hurt your blade to have it engraved (engraved within reason of course)
The letters size is up to you and it depends on exactly what you want engraved. I personally prefer things in modesty, so IF I had something engraved, it wouldn;t stand out...you'd have to look closely to see it. Others may prefer larger or smaller....
For my wedding, I had Spyderco Delicas engraved for the best man and the groomsmen. I just took the knives to Things Remembered in the mall. I think they only charges about five or six dollars a piece.
