Hi guys, I have a folding knife with a to stiff torsion bar. It would be nice if it was say about %25 less stiff. I know next to nothing about steel, but I would like to learn if this could be accomplished with limited tools and equipment. I don't know what kind of steel the bar is made from, but I could try to find out if that info is necessary. I appreciate any suggestions.
