I have a friend who would like the stacked leather handle on his SOG bowie replaced with stag. Has anyone ever done a conversion like this? I have yet to see the knife in person and wonder how the pommel is attatched to the blade. Any info on how SOG does this would be appreciated, as well as how I might be able to get it off.
