I brought up somewhere else on the forum about SOG Bowies being full tang. I was just wondering if someone could confirm this or even better if someone has a picture of the tang of the SOG Bowie. Thanks

SOG Bowie Full Tang?

The SOG Bowie has a full length hidden tang. The butt cap on the end of the knife attaches dirrectly to the tang. As to how thick and wide the full tang is, I have no clue. Knife is plenty strong for Combat/utility use. A friend loaned me his for a while some years ago and I was Very impressed!!
There have been a few reviews done of it on the W&SS forum. I can't remember any complaints about strength or toughness.

Here is a picture of the SOG Super Bowie that was posted a while ago. I'm assuming the regular bowies are very similar as far as the tang goes.
