SOG took care of me. I had dropped my Twitch II and sent it back to be fixed. They replaced the pivot screw, sharpened/oiled/cleaned it and sent it back to me. Thanks SOG, I really appreciate it.
 
I've only had to deal with their warranty department once. And they were really polite and helpfull and they had a replacment part at my door within 3 days. ;)
 
Hmm, good customer service means another reason for me to pick the Twitch II for my birthday...Hmmm...that's it. I'm getting one. :)
 
Do any SOG fans have either the TOmCat or the Sogwinder? IF so, are they
too nig and heavy to carry in the pocket?
 
Sog's Warranty dept is awesome. I think I've posted this before, but it's worth mentioning again.

I had a 10+ year old Sog Winder II, which I sent in for warranty evaluation. The lock back was not flush with the handle. They replaced it with a brand new Sog Winder II, even though it hasn't been in production for a couple of years now.

I was very happy.
