SOG Flash 2 Tanto trade for anything

I have a SOG Flash 2 black tanto, it is a very awesome knife. I have EDCd it a few times but has barely cut anything. Im looking for maybe spydero manix 2 or 1, benchmade griptillion or mini griptillion (mainly want mini or reg griptillion)...or throw something out there at me. I really really want benchmade mini/griptillion...Im interested in axis locking mechinisims as well. I'm trying to stay away from spring assisted because of my stupid state, Florida...*I believe I have the box if you want it just tell me*

I have a black spyderco tenacious as well that I might be willing to add to the offer or maybe some $

I did some research and I thought I read that I can't have A/O w/o a CCL, as of now I don't have a CCL but am planning to get one. Either way the cops around me are hard heads and think what they think, I don't really feel like getting in trouble for no reason. But also my research may be wrong...to your understandings what is the legal length of the blade? 4" is what I believe it is. And Florida statue are so vague anyways its kind of hard to tell anything...
 
90.001. Definitions.
(3)(a) "Concealed weapon" means any dirk, metallic knuckles, slungshot, billie, tear gas gun, chemical weapon or device, or other deadly weapon carried on or about a person in such a manner as to conceal the weapon from the ordinary sight of another person.

(13) "Weapon" means any dirk, metallic knuckles, slungshot, billie, tear gas gun, chemical weapon or device, or other deadly weapon except a firearm or a common pocketknife.




790.01 Carrying concealed weapons.--

(1) Except as provided in subsection (4), a person who carries a concealed weapon or electric weapon or device on or about his or her person commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

(2) A person who carries a concealed firearm on or about his or her person commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

(3) This section does not apply to a person licensed to carry a concealed weapon or a concealed firearm pursuant to the provisions of s. 790.06.

(4) It is not a violation of this section for a person to carry for purposes of lawful self-defense, in a concealed manner:

(a) A self-defense chemical spray.

(b) A nonlethal stun gun or remote stun gun or other nonlethal electric weapon or device which does not fire a dart or projectile and is designed solely for defensive purposes.

(5) This section does not preclude any prosecution for the use of an electric weapon or device or remote stun gun or self-defense chemical spray during the commission of any criminal offense under s. 790.07, s. 790.10, s. 790.23, or s. 790.235, or for any other criminal offense.


What I take from this is that
A) There are no open carry laws in Florida. The law only refers to Concealed weapons, and I have been told, by several different police officers, that a knife carried in a pocket, with a clip exposed, is NOT concealed, because they are trained to recognize what it is.
B) Most knives (folders or fixed) are not considered weapons anyway. (incuding my A/O Kershaw Tremor that I had on me at the time.)

If you still want to get rid of the flash, thats up to you, but you don't need to get rid of it for legal reasons.
