SOG Flash II Rainbow Titanium

When did SOG do these? how rare are they? What should I pay for a real nice one? The one I'm looking at is a First edition #294

Don't know anything about them but I have seen them for sale in person. They appear to be an aftermarket thing because the fit and finish didn't look too good.

Chris, do you have any production numbers? the one I'm getting is a first run #294, it appears to be in near perfect condition. I'll have it in my hands today I'll post some pics when I get it.

Here is mine: Flash II Rainbow #48 and one of the aluminum handled Flash II's I carry. I think the Flash II is a great knife.
