SOG Fusion Primitive Machete. Any comments?

Where is this knife made? How well does it chop? And does anyone know the approx blade thickness?
I am after a bushwalking knife for some light chopping, scrub cutting etc, was tossing up between the Primitive and the S37 Seal Team.
Any comments?
 
The Jungle Primitive is made in China. The blade thickness is about .200". As for light chopping such, I am personally not sure how it works as I have not used it. Living in the city I don't find too many places where I need to do some chopping.
