SOG help

Good evenig can anybody please help me by telling me what steel is the SOG Trident made from.

AUS 8 Stainless Steel

Many thank's for the reply,but i have also seen on other web sites that the steel is 440c.

My SOG Trident is AUS-8 steel.

Yup, Tridents have been and are made of AUS8. The 440C reference is because of the close similarity between the two.

How ever it's labbled, if it's from SOG, I know it's good.
