SOG Midnight Tiger Shark from EDM Wash. with sheath

Really nice condition SOG Tiger Shark Midnight edition out of EDM Washington, has a sheath that looks like the factory one, but has Gerber stamped on the back. I have seen this sheath with many of the midnight Tigersharks so maybe it was a collaboration with them? Not sure maybe someone out there knows the story. I know these are very hard to come by these days! Sorry no box, just the knife and sheath. Can take more photos if you would like. There are some minor spots on the blade and a small scuff on the pommel.
