SOG multi Tool

I have a lightly used SOG Para Tool. me and my father have used it but only really, he likes Gerbers, and i like Leathermans so this has sat in my safe for about 8 years. I don't have the original sheath but if you want ill throw in a Gerber sheath that fits it very well.
Im looking for either kershaws PE only or a Leatherman preferably a Juice Cs4 but not picky.
