I was wondering, since the SOG tool are made with BG42(that is right?) What kind of steel are the actual tools made of (not the pliers?

Hi David,
SOG utilizes BG-42 steel in several of our knives, but not in our tools. We primarily use a variety of 400 series stainless steel in tools like the PowerPlier.
