SOG SEAL Revolver--This is not the current one with 5CR15MOV steel, but the better-quality original made in Japan with AUS-8. I bought this from a friend of mine who'd never used it, but had removed the original factory belt attachment from the sheath, so I replaced it with a Bladetech IWB loop. I took it out one time to try out the saw, and used it to trim some small pine branches away from my fence. Factory edge is perfect, as are the serrations and saw teeth. Some hairline marks on the black DLC blade coating that I managed to capture on camera, but they're very hard to see in real life. Few dings on the sheath visible in pictures. 45 SOLD
SOG Team Leader with Duratech 20CV Steel--Received in trade, and as far as I can see was never used or carried, but the spine around the tang does not have the same bead-blasted finish as the rest of the steel, more of a satin/belt finish, so it may have been polished. Factory edge was uneven so it's been reprofiled to 18 degrees per side on a Wicked Edge. Excellent kydex sheath by Brian Wagner (Okuden sheaths) with Blade-Tech IWB loop is Tek-Lok compatible. Light rub marks on scales from sheath. Probably the best real-world utility pattern SOG ever offered, and certainly in a vastly superior steel than they usually use. $170 SOLD
TOPS Strikar--Also bought from a friend who had given up trying to sharpen the thick factory edge. Reprofiled to 15 degrees per side with a 21 degree micro-bevel at a 10 micron finish. I included a shot of the white liners under the scales because they're really more yellowish than white--knife is so new it can't be from use/contaminants so I'd guess it's just the material itself. Few light marks on factory coating from previous owner, though none go through to the steel. Factory kydex sheath with spring clip. $70 $60 Withdrawn
TOPS Lite Trekker--Has been carried on a couple of day hikes but never used for anything, no marks on it at all, factory edge. Comes with factory kydex sheath with spring clip. $90 $70 Withdrawn
Ontario RAT-5 in D2--Discontinued quite a while back. Never used or carried, looks like I stropped the factory edge but didn't change the geometry. With factory nylon sheath. $90 SOLD
Condor Rodan Camp--Never used or carried, had storage marks on kraton handle and a ding in the paint on the spine near the tip. Okay, I know you can buy one of these for around $35, and if I go much lower, it isn't worth shipping the thing. SO--whoever says they want it first AND IS BUYING AT LEAST ONE OTHER KNIFE can have it for $18 in addition to the price of their other knife or knives. Great knife to throw in the truck toolbox
