Nothing broken, everything works just as it should.
Comes in nylon sheath, no box unfortunately.

Scribe Sword Fountain Pen - Medium nib - $SOLD/shipped to CONT. USA
Used and written with, actually a pretty nice pen for the price, I just prefer fine or extra fine nibs. Includes case, unused converter and 5 refills.
