SOG S62 Upgrades ?

Have the S62 Multi tool's been upgraded with gear covers and new lock ststem. If not what model/s is/are similar with those improvements. Also are there any brick & mortar retailers who stock them in the Northern Calif area close to Stockton/Modesto?

You can get the S63. It is basically the same tool with the addition of a blasting cap crimper. As for stores in your area I don't know of any right now.
