SOG seal pup first impressions+ review

I am glad to see that it is Finally getting the use it was designed to endure.
I agree that it isn't that heavy, packs a decent amount of blade length into the weight and it is rather comfy. While it may not have clicked with me, I am Thrilled that you took to it so readily!

I've been going out of my way to use it when I need to cut something, and it works great.
Sure it's more knife than I could ever really need for edc , but it'd rather have a fixed blade than a ultra fast deploying folder.
 
I keep a original Japan made with kydex that has a groove in it to cut line with out removing it from sheath. I wish it didn't have serrations but I only use mine out on the river boating or skin diving in the lake. . Figure if I lose it I'm not out a ton. The handle is nice and grippy. Really it's a decent knife.
