Sog seal pup for schrade

I have a sog seal pup with the tactical sheath with multi tool pocket..THe knife is shaving sharp, has never been sharpened (it does have serrations) it shows somw minor wear in the finish... I'm looking for a usa made oldtimer 152 in carbon steel.
